We want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, here's everything you need to know about returns and refunds.

Return Window

You have 14 days from the date your order is delivered to initiate a return.

Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible, items must meet all of the following:

  • Original, unopened and sealed packaging
  • Unworn and unwashed
  • Hygiene seal or liner intact and undamaged
  • Original tags still attached
Hygiene notice: Due to the intimate nature of our products, we cannot accept returns of items that have been opened, tried on, or had their hygiene seal removed. This protects all of our customers.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Sale items - all sale purchases are final sale
  • Items returned after 14 days of delivery
  • Items that do not meet hygiene requirements
  • Gift cards

Exchanges

We accept exchanges for a different size or color, subject to availability. Contact us at support@mycurvb.com before shipping anything back.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend a trackable shipping service. mycurvb.com is not responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email support@mycurvb.com within 14 days of delivery
  2. Include your order number and reason for return
  3. We'll confirm eligibility and send you a return address
  4. Ship the item back in its original packaging
  5. Once received and inspected, your refund is processed within 5-7 business days

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days of us receiving and inspecting the return. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to reflect the credit.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Received something wrong or damaged? Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@mycurvb.com with a photo and your order number. We'll resolve it at no cost to you.
