Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays). Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking link. You can also track your package directly on the carrier's website using your tracking number.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, mycurvb.com is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package shows as delivered but hasn't arrived, contact us and we'll do our best to assist.
Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address. If you spot an error right after ordering, contact us immediately.
